Dating Tips From The Mouths of Babes

Last Saturday morning, my husband and I had a date.

With two very special little people.

They gave us some good dating tips that will make their future spouses quite happy.

And in the spirit of their mother’s enjoyment of blogging, they would like to share some dating tips with you.

From Caleb: Tip #1- Ask your mother date for some money to buy her a hot chocolate at her favourite coffee shop. (It doesn’t hurt to ask if she wants a cookie too….and if she’d like to share it with you.) Smile

Tip #2- Be a little gentleman and tell the cashier what your lady wants.

Tip #3- Receive the change with joy and ask your date to get you an Orange Julius with it. Smile

From Charity: Tip #1-  Give your date a hug and he will buy you a hot chocolate!

Tip #2- Charm your date with your big, brown, beautiful eyes. Smile

Tip #3- Squeal with delight at each scent you try out at Bath & Body Works

Tip #4- Make sure your date has a full cup of coffee at all times. Smile  Be absolutely thrilled over what’s in your shopping bag- your very own little bottle of Pink Chiffon lotion!

I am cherishing these sweet little memories!

Motherhood is precious, is it not?! And yes, our kids crack us up at times.

Glad that you had such fun on your "date."

Love this! so cute!

and can I just say that you look super cute in the first few pictures - love your hat and jacket. You look very "Canadian" :) Would love to see a tour of your city, stores there/mall, highways, outdoors, whatever that is different than the states. :)

Heather, yes it is. I take my camera everywhere so as not to miss any sweet thing that happens. :)

Thanks, Laine. I do believe they get cuter by the day. But I am biased. :)

Thanks, Christina. I've actually been working on some more "sights to see in Canada" posts. And as for looking Canadian...we are going for citizenship this month or next! :) The kids are dual, so we might as well be too.

Such cute kiddos! Love your hat and your daughter's coat and scarf. Her smile is priceless. :)

Thanks, Renee. It's actually an adult scarf, but she insists on wearing it. The size of it makes it even cuter. :)
